Open Satsanga

The Weekly Open Satsanga is a group meditation gathering held each Friday evening at 19.00h CET/Amsterdam, hosted by Swami Māntrikadeva Giri.
Sessions are built up as follows:
- During this session we practice a simple technique called Dynamic Pranava Meditation, that are explained in the beginning of the session if needed.
- After the 20 min. meditation everyone briefly shares their experience with group & teacher; sometimes we further elaborate an interesting theme or question that has come up.
- Then, if there is enough time left, we discuss an aphorism or quote from the sages.
Dynamic Pranava Meditation in an introductory technique to the higher (more subtle) regions of Mantra Yoga. It is a dynamic technique that most people find to be very engaging. Its energy is energetically quite powerful, therefore we sit for the relatively short time of 20 mins. per session. This also makes the technique very practical to integrate into your daily life.
General admission is €8,-, while attending is free for students enrolled in one of our courses.
