Lily of Clear Light: An introduction to Speech

This is a free introductory course. A short course aimed at people who are new to our platform & techniques and would like to get acquainted with our subjects and our style of working.

In this introductory course we will be looking at Speech from a spiritual perspective. This means we will be working with language, which is of course the great communicative instrument of our human species. 

To do that, we will explain some things first, while we slowly move towards the main exercise of this course: A meditative exercise based on the sounds of the Sanskrit language, we call the ‘Lily of Light‘. This exercise is intended to awaken & stimulate all the parts of our consciousness and also helps us to connect with the Essential Nature of things around us.

In contrast to our regular courses, this Introductory Course does not come with live weekly video classes. It does include recorded video materials for preparatory steps as well as of the main exercise. is mostly self-study. However, you are welcome to come practise the technique and ask questions about it during our Weekly Satsaṅga’s (go to: Events calendar). You can also search for answers in our community forums, or ask them to your fellow community members.

Participants that enrol get unlimited access to the course, as well as access to a private community group for everyone who is enrolled in any Introduction Level Course, where you can ask questions about the course.

During the course notice that the course requires a certain effort from your side. This is done on purpose; all our courses ask similar degrees of autonomy from students. If you cannot feel comfortable with this, our courses are perhaps not (yet) for you. You are always welcome to try, of course. Or to come back at any time in the future!
