Full moon advice

Each month — or to be more precise, each moon cycle — the days around the Full Moon are extra transformative. Usually, the denser energies are emphasized and that can bring some heavy emotions, difficult subjects and crisis in relationships. Many of you may be aware of that.

There is, however, a way to offset many these difficulties, yet still learn the lessons you need to learn. Available to all practitioners who have been initiated into our subtle pranayama techniques.

As you may remember from our lessons, most problems are caused by tamoguna (…tamas 😉). By performing surya bhedana pranayama once or twice each day in the days leading up to the Full Moon, you will learn your lessons the soft way! As it will usually take off the rough edges and create a softer landing for the energies of this moon phase.

This way you will have more of the benefits, less of the burdens of the Full Moon. Balancing too much Moon by strengthening the Sun. Pretty logical, right?

Happy growth! 🌟🙏

(Of course, female practitioners whose menstruation aligns closely with the moon cycle, should be cautious not to perform pranayama during their period.)
